EWM is a small arts management foundation based in Tilburg The Netherlands. It promotes arts throughout, with strong roots in music. Besides projects, the foundation runs a small record company EWM Music mostly releasing crossovers of world music, modern jazz and improvised music.

The foundation receives no structural funding and therefor has only very limited possibilities.

The board of directors that are working for the EWM foundation are:
Marloes van de Ven (Chairman), Has Klerx (Secretary), Rogier Biesmans (cashier) & Jos Wilbrink. The board makes the plans for the future and guides new ideas.

Eric van der Westen is the artistic and main Director meaning that he is responsible for the artistic way EWM is involved in projects but also takes care of the organisational side of the business.
