Concert with Nitin Sahwney |
On January 25th I participated in a performance with DJ/ DnB Guru/
Composer/ Multi instrumentalist Nitin Sahwney. The concert simultaneously took
place @ Paradox Tilburg and @ Zwijsencomplex where my great friend and valued colleague pianist-composer Jeroen van
Vliet lead a whole orchestra playing a composition written especially
for this occasion. I played @ Paradox with Nitin and his great companion tabla player Aref Durvesh.
It marked the launch of the software and website of Netmuzz: www.netmuzz.com With this tool the performers simultaneously played the composition and interact as if they were in the same place. The performers were visible@ both stages on
large video-screens. It was great fun and everybody was amazed by what was achieved.
