On March 6 2009 Eric  performed at the Music Days in the Lucent Music Theatre in  The Hague Holland with masterdrummer Peter Erskine, percussionist Doudou N'Diaye Rose, Anumaduchi and Artvark Saxophone Quartet. They performed a special composition by Martin Fondse "Four Seasons in One Day". With Peter Erskine Eric once again hooked up with one of those musicians whom he really sees as a main influence. For years now Erskine's work with Kenny Wheeler's Widow In The Window has been a leading image of what music can be for him. His destinct sound and feel have made a lasting impact on Eric's writing and playing. To share the stage with such great players is just extremely exciting.

The leading composition was once again delivered by Martin Fondse. His writing is so fine, it's just a matter of enjoying the hand of the master while playing it! Fluently and joyfull the composition connects the worlds of those musical travellers in a brilliant way.
